We collect the following personal data: full name, business email address, phone number, company name, service interest selections, budget range, and project specification details provided voluntarily through our contact forms.

2.3 Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed exclusively for: (a) responding to project inquiries and providing technical proposals, (b) delivering contracted engineering services, (c) maintaining client communication throughout active engagements, and (d) fulfilling statutory tax and accounting obligations under Swedish commercial law.

2.5 Data Retention

Inactive inquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months. Data associated with active or completed contracts is retained for 7 years in compliance with Swedish bookkeeping regulations (Bokföringslagen). Upon expiry, data is permanently deleted from all systems.

3. Terms of Service

BINDING

3.1 Scope of Services

WebCraftLogicX provides backend engineering, API integration, full-stack web platform development, database engineering, cloud infrastructure, e-commerce systems, security hardening, performance monitoring, and maintenance retainer services as described in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or project proposals.

3.2 Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed upon: (a) the client's written acceptance of a project proposal or SOW, and (b) receipt of the initial payment as specified in the proposal. Verbal agreements do not constitute binding contracts.

3.3 Intellectual Property

Upon complete settlement of all agreed invoices, WebCraftLogicX assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific deliverables—including source code, design tokens, and digital assets—directly to the Client. WebCraftLogicX retains the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies for portfolio purposes.

3.4 Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly administrative fee. Work on subsequent project phases may be suspended if payments are overdue by more than 21 days.

3.5 Project Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines provided in proposals are targets, not guarantees. Timelines may be adjusted due to: scope changes requested by the client, delays in client-provided materials or approvals, or force majeure events. Timeline adjustments will be communicated promptly.

3.6 Limitation of Liability

WebCraftLogicX's total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. WebCraftLogicX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

3.7 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the contract for a period of 3 years.
